Drag Race Philippines has been having a very, very good year. The Filipino franchise of RuPaul’s Drag Race premiered its spin-off series Drag Race Philippines: Slaysian Royale — its own version of an All Stars season — on August 13, with its first episode earning the record of WOW Present Plus’ most-watched premiere. Now, the franchise has announced its latest spin-off project: the drag supergroup REYN4.
The group, formed under World of Wonder’s WOW Records, is comprised of Drag Race Philippines Season 1 winner Precious Paula Nicole, Season 2 winner Captivating Katkat, Season 3 winner Maxie Andreison, and Marina Summers, who was the Season 1 runner-up and a top five finalist on RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK vs. The World.
REYN4 will be releasing its debut single, “Slaysian Royale,” on September 5, and the group promises to drop a full EP later this year.
