Music label ADOR has removed the names of NewJeans members from the girl group’s bio on Spotify, along with mentions of former ADOR CEO Min Heejin. The groups’ banners on social media have also been replaced with the NewJeans text logo.

While neither ADOR nor NewJeans has explained the changes, they come over a month after member Danielle Marsh was removed from the group, and days after Min’s legal counsel held a press conference and denied allegations that the former NewJeans creative director attempted to “poach” the group from the label.

In December 2025, Marsh’s contract with ADOR was terminated due to the label’s longstanding legal battle with the NewJeans members, which started when Min was dismissed from the label in 2024. In response to her dismissal, the NewJeans members attempted to terminate their contracts with ADOR, but the Seoul Central District Court ruled in October 2025 that the group’s reasons for ending their contracts were unacceptable.

“In Danielle’s case, we determined that it would be difficult to continue together as a NewJeans member and an ADOR artist, and today we notified her of the termination of her exclusive contract,” said ADOR in a statement. “In addition, we plan to pursue legal accountability for one member of Danielle’s family and former CEO Min Heejin.”

On January 12, Marsh addressed her removal from NewJeans, saying, “I fought until the very end to be together with the members.”
