Activism

Activism refers to deliberate, organized action taken to promote, resist, or direct social, political, or environmental change, ranging from protest to policy advocacy. Philippine activism spans a long, continuous history, from anti-colonial resistance through martial law opposition to contemporary labor and environmental organizing today directly.
