Filipino-Japanese pop singer-songwriter ena mori has announced that she will be opening for French chamber folk musician Pomme on her Latin America tour from May 26 to June 4, and will span across cities in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia.
The news comes shortly after ena mori was revealed as part of the lineup for Summer Sonic, where she is set to perform at the Spotify Stage in Tokyo, Japan, from August 14 to 16. “I needed to pinch my cheek several times to see if this is real life,” ena mori wrote on Instagram. “It’s such a blessing to be able to travel from the Philippines to all the way across the world for music.”
The announcement is another milestone for ena mori, who continues to expand her reach beyond the local music scene. Earlier this year, she released vinyl editions of her two-part EPs rOe and Ore on February 27.
