Muntinlupa rapper Flow G has officially announced his debut album 247, set to drop soon with 12 all-new tracks. The reveal came via social media on August 6, accompanied by a striking cover art depicting the artist with half his face morphing into a wolf against a forest backdrop. Notably absent are recent singles, confirming 247 as a fully fresh project rather than a compilation of previous hits over the years as a solo artist.
Flow G has showcased a blend of his signature melodic hooks, double time rap delivery, and multi-syllabic writing that have earned him the fanfare years after venturing as a solo artist. He has steadily dominated the local hip-hop conversation. His 2021 breakout “G Wolf” and 2023’s Rapstar laid the groundwork, but 2024 cemented his ascent after sweeping both Wish Artist of the Year and Spotify Artist of the Year at the Wish Music Awards.
The rapper’s collaborative streak further solidified his influence, from Ex Battalion’s Best Seller compilation with Skusta Clee and King Badger to high-profile team-ups like “Astig” with Bugoy na Koykoy and “WE MADE IT” with Nik Makino. Flow G is set to co-headline the HGHMNDS 14th Anniversary Concert with Loonie, Omar Baliw, Waiian, and many more this coming September 14 at Metrotent, Pasig City.
