Pop rock band Cup of Joe have officially announced Stardust, their third major concert, set for October 10 and 11 at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
The announcement was posted on their official social media accounts on July 6, signaling a milestone for the Baguio-bred group, following the release of their debut full-length album Silakbo earlier this year and the ongoing success of their breakout single “Multo.”
In the span of just two years, Cup of Joe have built one of the most devoted fan bases in contemporary Filipino pop rock. Their previous major concerts — Seatbelts On! in February 2024 at New Frontier Theater, plus their second at Araneta earlier this year — were both highly visual experiences, rooted in distinct themes. While their first leaned into the metaphor of flight and ambition, their second paid homage to their roots in Baguio through nature-inspired staging.
On the other hand, their Stardust tour is set to look outward. This time, the band is hinting at a cosmic theme, with promotional visuals suggesting a more expansive, otherworldly direction. With “Multo” continuing to dominate streaming charts and radio playlists months after its release, the Stardust tour comes at a moment when the band’s trajectory is only going up.
Information on tickets to Stardust is yet to be announced.
