Hillary Duff Returns to Music After 10 Years With New Single ‘Mature’ 

Hilary Duff is officially returning to music after a decade-long break. The singer and Lizzie McGuire actress announced her new single “Mature,” set for release on November 6 under Atlantic Records. The track marks her first since 2015’s “Sparks” from Breathe In. Breathe Out. Duff teased the comeback on social media, with artwork showing her image tripled and washed in pink.

Alongside the single, Duff will star in a forthcoming docuseries chronicling her return to music, directed by Sam Wrench, who recently worked on Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour and A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter. The series will follow her recording process and preparations for her first performances in 10 years, offering a rare look into the evolution of one of pop’s most recognizable figures of the 2000s. Beyond her career, Duff has been praised for her continued allyship with the LGBTQ+ community and her consistent ability to grow with her audience.

As the star of Lizzie McGuire, Duff defined an era of early-2000s teen pop culture, setting the tone for a generation of young performers.
