National Artist for Film and Broadcast Arts Ricky Lee announced a star-studded lineup ahead of his latest book, Quiapo Ilalim: Pagsusulat ng Iba’t Ibang Daan, at the Manila International Book Fair. Happening this September 11 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, the program will start at 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Joining the book launch are several actors, actresses, musicians, and producers such as singer-songwriter Bayang Barrios, Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) CEO and Chairperson Jose Javier Reyes, and actors JC Santos, Angel Aquino, Cristine Reyes, Nour Hooshmand, Shaina Magdayao, and many more. They’re expected to perform and read excerpts from Lee’s latest book. 

Lee previously launched Quiapo Ilalim last August 14 at the Shangri-La Plaza Red Carpet Cinemas alongside actors Epy Quizon, Chai Fonacier, Rocco Nacino, and others.

The book is the much-awaited follow-up to Lee’s scriptwriting manual Trip to Quiapo, released in 1998.
