Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) just welcomed two surprising new guest housemates to the Bahay ni Kuya: Dingdong Dantes and Charo Santos-Concio.

As part of Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition, the two veteran actors will be entering the house and interacting with the season’s remaining housemates, all of whom have been paired off in six new duos: Vince Manlapaz and Klarisse de Guzman (or ViKla), Brent Manalo and AZ Martinez (BrAz), Xyriel Manabat and Mika Salamanca (RielKa), Dustin Yu and River Joseph (DuRiver), Shuvee Etrata and Esnyr Ranollo (VeeNyr), and Will Ashley and Bianca De Vera (WillBi).

“Excited ako, first time,” Dantes told Kuya in the teaser for the upcoming episode. “It’s good to be back,” added Santos.

Dantes and Santos are the stars of the upcoming romantic-comedy Only We Know, which releases in cinemas nationwide on June 11. While not much is known about the film’s plot just yet, it will follow a woman in her 60s (Santos) recovering from a failed marriage while falling for a widower in his late 30s to 40s (Dantes).

This is not the first time this latest season of Pinoy Big Brother has welcomed celebrity housemates into its fold. Actors Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino entered the house on days 19 and 20 to promote their film, My Love Will Make You Disappear. While there, the two stars tried the pares that the housemates had prepared for their weekly task, Pinoy Big Pares. BINI’s Jhoanna and Stacey were also in the house for almost a week, most likely to generate buzz surrounding their group’s upcoming BINIverse world tour. The two P-pop singers taught the housemates how to perform their hit single, “Kapit Lang,” in Filipino Sign Language.
