On October 6, the Filipino Music Awards (FMAs) return to the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City to once again bring together Filipino music’s biggest names, emerging voices, and enthusiasts for one special night.
The ceremony recognizes achievements spanning artistry, technical excellence, cultural impact, and audience support across its Grand Awards, Genre Awards, People’s Choice, and Legacy Awards categories. The major awards include Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year, Breakthrough Artist of the Year, Concert of the Year, and Tour of the Year.
In its inaugural edition, last year’s FMAs drew over 8,000 attendees, with more than 300 artists and industry figures in attendance. SB19 was the most-awarded act with six wins, hailing as the Artist of the Year, while Cup of Joe took home the Song of the Year for “Multo” and Album of the Year for Silakbo.
