Toyo Eatery remains in the Top 100 of Asia’s Best at #71, alongside newcomer Celera on the 100th spot.

The World’s 50 Best published its 51–100 list for Asia on Thursday, March 12, on its social media platforms. Celera is one of 12 new entries on the list, joined by this year’s One to Watch awardee, Seoul’s San. The One to Watch distinction was given to Toyo Eatery in 2018, a year before it landed the 43rd spot in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for 2019.

The one-star Michelin restaurant is recognized for highlighting Filipino ingredients and working with local farmers and artisans to deliver bold flavors. In 2025, Toyo ranked 42nd on the list, making it the Best Restaurant in the Philippines, while Gallery by Chele ranked 72nd.

Toyo Eatery also ranked in the Top 50 three other times, in 2024 (24th), 2023 (42nd), and 2021 (49th).

Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for 2026 will be revealed on March 25. Until then, it remains to be seen which Filipino restaurants will make the Top 50, if any, and which will be deemed the best restaurant in the Philippines this year.
