The electronic dance music festival &Friends is coming back for a second year with a massive lineup. International and local EDM acts will be presenting their biggest bass drops and sonic left turns. Headliners like electronic music icon Porter Robinson, Galantis, Subtronics, and Yellow Claw will be setting the stage alongside Orange Juice Asia and DJ Cupcakes throughout the entire weekend. Art and cosplay culture will also be on full display with local artists and cosplayers gathering for the weekend event.

Fête De La Musique returns with a stacked Main Stage lineup. The bill features a diverse bill of bands with a majority of the headliners coming from the jazz and funk-adjacent scenes. Alongside heavyweights such as Lola Amour and Radioactive Sago Project rock act fitterkarma, hip-hop collective Morobeats, and French experimental jazz trio Meule will perform. The event will kick off in Makati and continue all over the country the weekend after.

Pasts Revisited offers a closer look at historians Renato Constantino and Letizia Roxas Constantino’s life work. The exhibit traces the story of two Filipinos who wrote side by side in the service of decolonizing the nation. On view are letters, never-before-seen book manuscripts, and rare artifacts from their lives and work, alongside artworks gifted by National Artist Vicente Manansala and painters Malang and Araceli Dans.

The latest exhibition at WHYNoT centers on comics as translation, starting point, response, impetus, and outcome. Having opened on June 13, you can visit the mini-exhibition one last time on June 20 and see works by Kiko Escora, Yeo Kaa, Paolo Fabregas, Katrina Olan, Keith Sicat, and Project Teks. The closing day also features a conversation moderated by writer Carl Javier and filmmaker-komikero Keith Sicat.
