G22 has announced their first solo headlining concert, “The Eve of an Alpha,” at the New Frontier Theater, Cubao, Quezon City on July 12. The group shared teaser visuals on social media in which the three members pose behind a silk blanket, hinting that their individual ‘universes’ will collide for their first major headlining stage.
The girl group has long been known for high-concept styling, mythic symbolism, and a commanding stage presence. The promotional artwork for “The Eve of an Alpha” concert frames the trio in an almost ceremonial pose, drawing from fantasy imagery and warrior-like fashion that reflects the group’s constant advocacy for female empowerment. Metallic textures, earth-toned fabrics, and sculpted silhouettes show a narrative of ascension, positioning the group as major characters in a larger storyline. This kind of visual language has become central to G22’s identity, where music releases and performances often arrive with a distinct aesthetic world surrounding them.
Consisting of members AJ, Alfea, and Jaz, G22 are known for a fierce take on the P-pop genre through songs such as “Pa-Pa-Pa-Palaban,” “Filipina Queen,” and “Lakumpake,” among others. The trio released their debut studio album, The Dissection of Eve, in November 2025, expanding the mythology hinted at in earlier releases.
