CM Punk Is About to Find Out If He Can Handle the ‘Hot Ones’ Gauntlet

WWE Superstar CM Punk is about to face his biggest challenge yet. Hot Ones has announced the Undisputed WWE Champion to partake in the spicy gauntlet alongside Sean Evans in a special episode of Hot Ones: Extra Heat. Punk’s episode will premiere on Netflix on September 15 at 11:00 a.m. (PHT) shortly after a live episode of WWE Raw on the same day.

“This is going to hurt in the best way,” CM Punk says in a video teasing the upcoming episode.

Ever since returning to WWE back in 2023, CM Punk has been in one iconic rivalry after another, most notably with feuds alongside Drew McIntyre and Seth Rollins. Punk is currently scheduled to defend the Undisputed title against Sami Zayn on September 11 at WWE SmackDown in Mexico City.

Hot Ones: Extra Heat premiered last July with comedian Fortune Feimster and actors Jimmy Tatro and Will Ferrell, where they devoured the gauntlet in the middle of an open field.
