BTS Adds Third Philippine Show After Two Dates Sell Out Amid Ticketing Issues

Demand keeps growing for the iconic boy group, even as discussions around cancellations, resellers, and flagged purchases continue online

Live Nation Philippines has just announced a third consecutive show for the BTS World Tour Philippine leg at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bocaue, Bulacan on March 16, 2027. The announcement comes after tickets for the first two dates, scheduled for March 13 and March 14, were sold out. The world tour is in support of their latest album ARIRANG, one of their first releases following the group’s years of military service since 2022.

Ticket sales for the BTS World Tour Manila dates were met with issues after selected attendees received cancellation notices from Ticketmaster Philippines. 

“Ticketmaster Philippines is actively reviewing and cancelling certain ticket transactions for the highly anticipated BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ shows at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan in March 2027,” Philippine Concerts reported on X.

In recent weeks, online discussions of BTS fans have focused on alleged scalpers and resellers who sell tickets on fan groups online. Reports indicate that BTS World Tour ticket transactions exceeding ticket limits, suspected bot activity, fraudulent purchases, and other policy violations were among those flagged by Ticketmaster for review.

General on-sale for the BTS World Tour Day 3 tickets begins on June 20 through the official Live Nation Philippines official ticket selling channels.
