SB19 is set to represent P-pop at the first KPOPWORLD Festival & World Dance Competition, performing at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. Produced by R Entertainment, the festival activities begin with a Dance Championship on October 28 and 29, featuring 32 teams from 29 countries. Winners will receive championship titles, cash prizes, trophies, and the chance to perform on the festival’s main stage. KPOPWORLD Magazine CEO Ebe Kh describes the event as designed for a fan-centered experience.
“KPOPWORLD Festival 2026 is about giving K-pop fans in this region a festival built around them, at a scale that matches how much this music means to them,” the CEO said in a press release.
Alongside SB19 on October 30 and 31, the much-anticipated festival will also feature rappers Jay Park and Jessi, and rock band The Rose, former Monsta X member Wonho, WJSN’s Dayoung, ARTMS, Cravity, Xdinary Heroes, Heyoon, and Dean & Tabber.
The K-pop festival in Texas is officially SB19’s latest international stage following their appearances at Lollapalooza later this July and Japan’s Summer Sonic in August.
