Miley Cyrus has announced her upcoming album Bass Persuades, coming out on September 18. The singer-songwriter teased the title track “Bass Persuades,” out on September 4, on her socials. Thank you for being a part of making my wildest dreams come true. I sincerely hope you love this album.”
